The match between Uzbekistan U23 and Japan U23, which took place in the semifinals of the Asian Games football tournament, has concluded.
The team led by head coach Ravshan Haydarov was leading the score until the end of the match following an early goal by Sardor Bahromov, but conceded a goal in the 88th foot. In the penalty shootout, the players of the "Land of the Rising Sun" prevailed.
Now, the Uzbekistan U23 team will compete against China U23 for third place on October 3.
