Apple to unveil iPhone 18 in September
Apple has begun sending out invitations for its "Surprise and Shine" event on September 9. The event will begin at 10:00 p.m. Tashkent time and will be broadcast live on the company's website and YouTube.

Apple is preparing to hold a presentation of the iPhone 18 series in September.
At this event, it is expected to present a foldable smartphone called the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and iPhone Ultra. According to rumors, the base iPhone 18 model will not be released this year; the company has postponed the cheaper models until the spring.
All new iPhone devices will run on the Apple A20 Pro chip, which is characterized by high performance and energy efficiency. The Pro versions will receive an updated camera with a variable aperture, but other characteristics will remain close to the previous generation. At the same time, it is expected that the price of smartphones will increase due to the lack of memory.
The foldable iPhone will be the company's first device in this form factor. The diagonal of its external screen will be about 5.5 inches, and the internal screen will be 7.6 inches. Some compromises had to be made: instead of Face ID, Touch ID will appear, and the camera will be deprived of a telephoto lens.
Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 are also expected to be introduced. In addition, there may be news for the smart home, such as a new Apple TV 4K and an updated HomePod mini. Along with the hardware presentations, the company will also announce the release dates of the operating systems iOS 27, iPadOS 27 and macOS Golden Gate.
