Apple introduced the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max models

Apple presented the new iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max smartphones. The new generation received a 2 nm A20 Pro chip, a variable aperture camera, and a larger battery, but prices increased by $100 compared to the previous generation.

On September 9, Apple presented the new iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max models.

The smartphones will be released in four colors: silver, dark gray, light blue, and a completely new color for Apple, which the company calls "Dark Cherry." This color replaces the "Cosmic Orange" color of the iPhone 17 Pro.

The cherry color (burgundy) will be the main flagship color of the new series.

Apple states that this is the "biggest camera upgrade in recent years." The main camera of the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max is equipped with a 48-megapixel sensor and a variable aperture mechanism with six thin blades.

In low-light conditions, the aperture automatically opens to let in more light. This should improve the quality of night photos and speed up the operation of the night mode.
