An Uzbek citizen injured in the drone attack in Nizhnekamsk has been returned to his homeland
A citizen of Uzbekistan, who was seriously injured during a drone attack on Russia's Nizhnekamsk on August 10, has been brought back to his homeland. During the flight, he was accompanied by medical professionals, and the patient was provided with constant oxygen support.

A resident of the Andijan region, who sustained severe injuries during a drone attack on Nizhnekamsk in Tatarstan (Russia) on August 10, was brought back to Uzbekistan on September 13. Yusup Kabulzhanov, head of the Tashkent regional branch of the Migration Agency, told Gazeta about this.
The decision to transport him was made after the patient's condition was stabilized and Russian doctors gave permission for his evacuation.
The Migration Agency, diplomatic missions of Uzbekistan, and Uzbekistan Airways organized the patient's transport from the hospital to the aircraft. He remained on oxygen support throughout the entire journey, and the flight was accompanied by a medical team.
Upon arrival in Uzbekistan, the patient was sent to a specialized medical facility for further treatment and rehabilitation.
As a reminder, eight citizens of Uzbekistan working for a construction company were killed as a result of the drone attack on Nizhnekamsk. Their bodies were returned to their homeland on August 12 aboard a Ministry of Defense aircraft.
Several other Uzbekistani citizens were injured. A government commission was established and tasked with providing medical and social assistance to the victims, as well as comprehensive support to the families of the deceased and injured.
