The enterprise LLC "B.N.V.A." in the Samarkand Region was illegally disconnected from the power grid, despite having no electricity arrears. Following an appeal by the head of the company to the Business Ombudsman, the power supply was restored. This was reported by the Business Ombudsman.
An investigation established that the outage occurred due to external factors and calculation errors in the unified power system. As a result, production came to a halt, and the company incurred losses.
In addition, the enterprise was unable to receive electronic invoices for the supplied electricity on time, which hindered the preparation of tax reports.
Staff members of the Business Ombudsman's office, together with specialists from the Samarkand Regional Department of "Uzenergoinspektsiya," conducted an inspection.
Based on its results, the enterprise's power supply was fully restored. Furthermore, the Urgut District branch of the "Energosozdo" department of JSC "Regional Electric Networks" uploaded the delayed electronic invoices totaling 118.9 million soums.
