Air Force planes painted the Uzbek flag in the sky over New Tashkent (photo, video)

During celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of independence, Su-25 attack aircraft of the Uzbek Air Force flew over New Tashkent, painting the sky in the colors of the national flag. Gazeta's photo report and video.

On Friday, as part of the celebrations for the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence, an Air Force aerobatic team consisting of six Su-25 attack aircraft performed a flypast over New Tashkent, painting the sky in the colors of the national flag.

This aerial display occurred as President Shavkat Mirziyoyev took the stage to deliver his address.

This was the third such flypast during the Independence Day celebrations held in the capital.

The Uzbekistan Air Force Telegram channel published videos showing preparations for this maneuver.

Video of the flypast itself was posted on the "Tashkent Sky News" channel.
