In the mixed 500-meter canoe double event, the Uzbek duo secured the second-place finish, yielding only to the representatives of China. Thus, Denisov and Zokirova brought another continental championship medal to the national team of Uzbekistan.

Thus, Denisov and Zokirova added to the medal tally of the Uzbekistan national team at the continental championship.
