A register of scientific and innovative organizations is being created
The Regulation on the procedure for the formation and maintenance of the registry of entities of scientific and innovation activity has been approved. The document provides for the assignment of scientific identification numbers to specialists, the registration of relevant organizations, and the accounting of their areas of activity.
A Register of Scientific and Innovative Organizations Is Being Created
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 604 dated 31.10.2026 approved the Regulation on the procedure for forming and maintaining the register of entities operating in the scientific and innovative field.
The document establishes the following procedures:
- The Agency for Innovative Development is responsible for assigning identification numbers to persons engaged in scientific and innovative activities.
- Information on organizations carrying out scientific and innovative activities is accumulated in a unified electronic database through integration into the relevant information systems.
- Statistical data from the unified electronic database is transferred to the National Statistical Committee via the interagency integration platform of the "Digital Government" system.
The document was published in the National Database of Legislation in the official language and entered into force on 03.11.2026.
