A unified registry of AI-based software products is being created
The procedure for forming and maintaining a unified registry of artificial intelligence-based information systems and software products that can be procured for state needs through a "request for proposals" has been approved. The cost of such procurements must not exceed 2,500 BRV (basic calculating units).
A unified registry of AI-based software products is being created
By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 510 dated September 22, 2026, the Regulation on the procedure for forming and maintaining the registry of artificial intelligence-based information systems (software products) of business entities admitted to public procurement based on a "request for proposals" was approved.
The document was adopted in accordance with UP-189 dated October 22, 2025, in order to create favorable conditions for the introduction and support of AI-based information systems (software products) in government bodies and business entities with a state share of 50%, and provides for:
The list of AI-based information systems (software products) included in the unified registry will be posted on the national portal "ai.gov.uz", and business entities are allowed to carry out public procurement for the implementation of software products registered in the unified registry for a total amount of no more than 2,500 BCA (basic calculation amount) based on a "request for proposals".
Ministries and departments are responsible for the correct implementation of software products into their structural infrastructure and the organization of systems, as well as for preventing repeated procurement and unjustified spending of budget funds on them.
