According to the relevant draft resolution, this procedure will be of a advisory nature for private preschool educational organizations.
A new procedure regarding assistant educators is being proposed in Uzbekistan
The Ministry of Preschool and School Education and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation have prepared a draft resolution providing for amendments and additions to the list of positions related to pedagogical activity.
The document was developed in accordance with the Law "On the Status of a Pedagogue."
Through the draft, it is proposed to expand the list of positions related to pedagogical activity approved in June 2026.
In particular, it is planned to include the position of "assistant educator in a preschool education organization" in the list.
At the same time, the document specifies that this position will be of a advisory nature for private preschool education organizations.
In addition, it is proposed to state the 30th position of the list in a new edition. According to it, the position of "professor-teacher of jurisprudence" will be indicated in this position.
The draft resolution has been agreed with the National Agency for Social Protection under the President, the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Employment, the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Culture, the Commissioner for the Protection of Rights and Legitimate Interests of Entrepreneurs under the President, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
According to the draft, if the resolution is adopted, it will enter into force from the date of its official publication.
