Construction of a new Bektemir Business City, covering an area of 58 hectares, is planned in the Bektemir district of Tashkent. The estimated cost of this large-scale project is $1.2 billion.

The project includes residential complexes, as well as business and service facilities. In addition, a comprehensive social and entertainment infrastructure will be created.

The detailed boundaries of the territory and the final list of facilities will be determined after the master plan is completed.

This new complex will be a significant step in the development of the capital, envisioning the creation of a modern urban environment and new business centers in the Bektemir district.
