A father and his two sons drowned in the Charvak reservoir

On September 2, three citizens — a father and his two sons — drowned in the Charvak reservoir in the "Burchmulla" neighborhood area of the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region, it was reported.

It is noted that they went out for a boat ride, traveled to an area where swimming is prohibited, and entered the water without life jackets. As soon as the report was received, rescue divers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene and are conducting water search operations within a radius of 2–2.5 km. All necessary forces and resources have been involved in the search operations.

The ministry emphasized that the wide scope of the search area and the depth of the reservoir are complicating the search. The search operations are under the full control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
