Father and his two sons drown in Chorvoq reservoir

A father and his two sons drowned in the Charvak reservoir

Three people drowned in the waters of the Charvak reservoir, located in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the incident occurred on September 2. The father and his two sons went for a boat ride, then entered an area where swimming is prohibited, and went into the water without life jackets and drowned. Upon receiving the report, rescue divers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene and are conducting search operations in the water within a radius of 2-2.5 km. All necessary forces and resources have been involved in the search operations.

It is noted that the wide scope of the search operations and the depth of the reservoir are complicating the work. The search operations are under the full control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
