A compact management system for pension assignment is being introduced
Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 576 dated 19.10.2026 "On measures for the phased introduction of a compact service system for the assignment of state pensions to citizens" has been adopted.
Presidential Decree No. UP-105 dated 26.06.2025 provides for the abolition of district (city) departments of the Treasury Committee and the Pension Fund from January 1, 2027, and the creation of compact offices in the regions through the digitalization and automation of treasury and pension systems.
At the same time, compact service delivery offices consisting of 1–3 staff units in each district and city are being created in the regional departments of the Treasury Committee and the Pension Fund.
According to the document, in October–December 2026, as an experiment, the tasks and functions related to the assignment, recalculation, change of pension type, and organization of payments of the Pension Fund in certain cities of Andijan, Samarkand, and Syrdarya regions will be transferred to the territorial departments of the Pension Fund.

Based on the results of the experiment, this mechanism is planned to be implemented throughout the republic from January 1, 2027.
