In Uzbekistan, the "Pensiya" (Pension) app will be launched: all services will become electronic

Starting from 2027, Uzbekistan plans to transition all 25 pension services into an electronic and proactive format. Among the innovations will be the "Pensiya" mobile application, through which citizens will be able to obtain information about their pensionable service, paid social tax, and estimated pension amount.

In addition, through a unified pension profile, citizens will be able to learn in advance about identified gaps in their employment history.

To digitalize pension services, there are also plans to introduce artificial intelligence and an automated Call Center.

Currently, seven out of the 25 Pension Fund services still require paper documents and staff involvement. The transition to an electronic format will allow citizens to receive pension services without paper documents and the need to contact different agencies.
