Uzbekistan, Tashkent – Podrobno.uz News Agency.

The white mulberry (Morus alba) growing in the Blue Domes Park in the Yakkasaray District of Tashkent has been officially designated a state natural monument. This decision was made by the Tashkent City Council of People's Deputies.

After specialists inspect the tree's condition, its maintenance conditions, and the surrounding area, a fence will be installed around the mulberry tree in accordance with established standards. Information signs indicating its protected status will be placed nearby.

Landscaping of the area around the tree is also planned. The relevant services will be involved in the work, and all planned activities will be monitored by members of parliament and the public.

Previously, it was reported that increased watering of trees, shrubs, and other green spaces in Uzbekistan was necessary due to the unusually hot weather.
