During the event, it was established that an employee of a travel agency operating in the Dangara district offered to send citizens to Saudi Arabia, despite not having the appropriate license to organize the Umrah pilgrimage. He was caught with physical evidence while receiving a portion of the requested money.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against this individual, and investigative actions are ongoing.
The report notes that some citizens face difficulties abroad due to trips organized without complying with the established procedures.
The SSS has asked citizens to report such violations via the short number 1520. It is stated that the identity of the applicant is guaranteed to remain confidential.
