26 people who failed to pay alimony were jailed at the same time
In the city of Karshi, the cases of 60 debtors who failed to fulfill their alimony obligations were considered in an itinerant court session. 26 of them were sentenced to 15 days of administrative detention.
26 people who failed to pay alimony debt arrested simultaneously
At a mobile court session held in the Karshi city branch of the Bureau of Mandatory Enforcement, collected documents concerning debtors refusing to pay alimony were examined.
According to the court ruling, 26 debtors were assigned an administrative arrest of 15 days. Since another 26 debtors fully paid off their alimony arrears during the court session, the proceedings against them were terminated in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The remaining 8 debtors were given time to fulfill their obligation to pay alimony.
