10th grade students will be able to transfer to technical schools

Here's a rewritten version of the news in Russian:

Tenth-graders have been given the opportunity to transfer to technical schools.

The government has approved a new administrative regulation allowing tenth-grade students to transfer to technical schools.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers' press service, Resolution No. 450 of August 20, 2026, establishes a unified procedure for transferring or reinstating students to vocational education institutions. Applications will be accepted electronically through Government Service Centers or the Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services.

A special procedure has been established for tenth-graders, expanding their opportunities to obtain vocational education. A unified procedure for issuing transfer and reinstatement certificates has been introduced.

These services will be launched within two months through the portal in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Technologies. The necessary information will be received from government agencies electronically. The new regulations are expected to simplify and digitize the process, reducing bureaucratic obstacles.

It was previously reported that starting this year, 11th-grade graduates with disabilities will be able to enroll in specialized technical schools to master modern professions, which will help them begin independent work. Such educational institutions have already opened in Samarkand, Fergana, and Tashkent.
