The Uzcharmsanoat Association's delegation has wrapped up a productive business mission in Kazan, Russian Federation, held from August 2 to 4. During their visit, representatives of Uzbekistan's leather and footwear sector engaged in numerous bilateral meetings, discussions, and events designed to foster greater trade and economic collaboration, as reported by the Association's press service.
The most significant outcome of the mission was the finalization of export agreements amounting to US$6 million. These contracts were signed by prominent industry players: Fayz Baraka Charm LLC, Maxsus Poyabzal LLC, and Samira Textil LLC.
A key component of the program was a dedicated exhibition highlighting the export capabilities of Uzbekistan's leather and footwear industry. Leaders from the Republic of Tatarstan attended the exposition, where they reviewed the diverse product offerings, manufacturing capacities of the participating companies, and potential avenues for future collaboration.
Particular attention was given to showcasing the industry's investment and export potential. Attendees were informed about the capabilities of Uzbek manufacturers, their advanced production facilities, and the favorable conditions for undertaking joint ventures.
