Uzbeks will be sent to work in France
The first pilot project for the organized placement of Uzbek citizens in France has entered the practical stage. The first 6 candidates have received work visas and will travel to France this month to begin their work in fruit picking and sorting.
The opportunity to work in France is being created for citizens of Uzbekistan. According to the Migration Agency, the geography of organized labor migration is expanding at the expense of France.
On June 12 of this year, an announcement was made to attract candidates for seasonal agricultural work in France. On July 1, applicants underwent online interviews with French employers.
A total of 10 candidates were selected by a French employer within the framework of this pilot project. The first 6 of them have already obtained work visas. They are expected to leave for France in August and begin work in fruit picking and sorting.
The remaining 4 candidates within the framework of the project will be sent to France in the fall. They are planned to work in seasonal work related to vegetable growing and harvesting.
According to the Migration Agency, this is the first direction and initial pilot project for the organized placement of Uzbek citizens in France.
According to the results of the project, it is planned to expand cooperation with employers in France in the future and create new job opportunities for Uzbeks in the labor market of this country.
