The President's new decree has been announced
This decision is related to the development of the livestock sector.

The new presidential decree stipulates the allocation of subsidies to the livestock sector.
The presidential decree No. PQ-293 of August 5, 2026 “On additional measures to support livestock projects” was adopted.
In accordance with this resolution, from September 1, 2026 to January 1, 2030, the Agency for Payments in the Agrarian Sector will allocate separate subsidies for each period to cover part of the costs of leaving identified female pedigree cattle for breeding to breeding farms from the State Budget:
- for a first-generation female calf - 1.5 million soums;
- for a second-generation female calf - 2 million soums;
- when keeping a calf up to 12 months of age - 1 million soums;
- when keeping a calf from 12 to 18 months - 1 million soums.
Also, a service enterprise will be established under the auspices of the Livestock and Pasture Development Agency, which will perform the following tasks:
- implementation of livestock projects in foreign countries;
- delivery of large and small cattle from abroad to livestock farms and households, as well as the establishment of import quarantine points (zones) in the country for these purposes;
- provision of a service package that includes feeding, veterinary, artificial insemination, breeding and zootechnical services for at least 12 months after the delivery of livestock.
