Tomorrow, August 10, the next “Car-Free Day” campaign will be held in all regions of Uzbekistan.
The “Car-Free Day” and “Car-Free Week” campaigns are held on the 10th and 25th of each month in accordance with the Presidential Decree “On Measures to Implement the “Clean Air” National Project to Improve Atmospheric Air Quality” dated March 25, 2026.
This initiative serves to reduce harmful emissions from motor vehicles into the air and thereby create an environmentally sustainable environment, as well as widely promote the culture of using public transport and environmentally friendly vehicles.
Within the framework of the “Car-Free Day” and “Car-Free Week” campaigns, the use of motor vehicles by civil servants will be held accountable.
