Agat Credit shareholders have agreed to receive a 50 billion soum loan from the Business Development Bank. This decision was made at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on August 5, 2026, according to the Openinfo corporate information disclosure system.
According to the approved decision, the loan will be issued for a term of up to 36 months at 23% per annum. The agreement includes a six-month grace period. Agat Credit will provide its standard loan portfolio as collateral.
Agat Credit currently has three bond issues outstanding, totaling 180 billion soum. The total volume of all bonds issued by the company has reached 250 billion soum, with two issues already fully repaid. In addition, the company intends to place corporate bonds in foreign currency in the amount of 10 million US dollars with a coupon rate of 11.5%.
