The Competition Committee has initiated a case on a tender worth 5.7 billion soums.
An investigation was conducted into the critical article "One destination, a common past and a billion-dollar tender" that was circulated on social networks.
The Committee examined the compliance of the tender for the purchase of 475 sets of seismic sensors, held on August 4, 2026, with a starting price of 5.7 billion soums, with the requirements of the Law "On Competition".
As a result of the investigation, it was determined that the Republican Center for Seismic Prognostic Monitoring, Drilltechpro LLC and Edulab LLC did not comply with the requirements of Article 29 of the Law "On Competition", that is, there were signs of actions that restrict or may lead to restriction of competition in trade.
Based on the above, a case was initiated in accordance with the established procedure against the Republican Center for Seismic Prognostic Monitoring, Drilltechpro LLC and Edulab LLC.
