A person was detained in Surkhandarya for promising to employ a citizen in the National Guard system for $1,000. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported this.

According to the report, on July 24 of this year, employees of the Rapid Search Service of the Surkhandarya Regional Department of Internal Affairs held an operational event in Denov district. During the event, it was revealed that a person born in 1997 promised to help a citizen living in Altynsay district through high-ranking acquaintances and to employ him in the National Guard system of Surkhandarya region.

The suspect was detained with material evidence while receiving $500 of the $1,000 demanded for his services.

Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against this person under Part 1 of Article 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code, and preliminary investigations are underway.
