US President Donald Trump has dyed his hair brown. As the newspaper writes, over the weekend Trump appeared with a noticeably darker shade of hair.
"Photographs of President Donald Trump stepping off Air Force One with hair that appears darker than his signature blonde have caused a stir on the internet," the publication says.
Trump was spotted with an "apparently" new hairstyle and wearing a yellow tie as he waved to journalists on the tarmac at the airport in Morristown, New Jersey, on Friday. He is spending the weekend at his golf club in Bedminster.
"What is going on with Trump's hair?" journalist Aaron Rupar wonders on his Saturday account on the social network X.
"Something needs to be done about his hair under the Twenty-Fifth Amendment," writes lawyer and Trump critic George Conway, suggesting they be abolished.
Journalist Yashar Ali posted photos of Trump at the airport and wrote: "The hair??? If I hadn't pulled the photos from Getty Images myself, I wouldn't have believed it."
Former Republican Congressman Adam Kinzinger, another Trump critic, wrote in capital letters: "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?"
"Trump is a brunette now!" wrote journalist Molly Jong-Fast.
Trump has long had to dispel speculation about his hairstyle, especially whether the 80-year-old president wears a wig, the publication believes. In its view, the new photos only fuel the rumors.
