Withdrawing a student traveling abroad from school will now be done online

According to the new procedure, an application to withdraw a student under the age of 18 from an educational institution due to traveling abroad can be submitted by their parent or guardian.

This service applies to students studying in schools, academic lyceums, colleges, and technical schools.

The service is free of charge, and no additional documents are required from the applicant. The necessary information is obtained automatically through interdepartmental electronic information systems.

The submitted application will be reviewed by the relevant district or city commission on children's issues within 5 working days.

Once the commission's decision is received by the educational organization, the student will be removed from the electronic database within 1 working day.
