Soliq-Service Joint-Stock Company has approved accounting rules for farmers. The regulation, registered by the Ministry of Justice under No. 3921 on August 11, 2026, establishes the procedure for providing accounting services to farms. The document defines who will be able to receive the full range of accounting services at state expense, and which categories will be serviced on a paid contractual basis.
According to the regulation, accounting and reporting for farms will be carried out by district (city) branches of Soliq-Service JSC, which directly serve the farms. Each farm will be assigned a responsible employee (accountant) for accounting and reporting. Each accountant in a regional branch will service 30 to 35 farms.
Who is eligible for the service and under what conditions?
The procedure for providing services depends on the category of farm.
Based on the signed agreement, the following services will be provided free of charge:
* Newly established farms (at their choice) – for the first six months.
* Newly established youth farms managed by young citizens – for two years.
All other farms that do not fall under the above-mentioned preferential categories receive paid accounting services on a contractual basis.
