**Farmers will be provided with free accounting services**
The Ministry of Justice has registered the Regulation on the procedure for maintaining accounting records of farms. This document was registered on August 11, 2026 under No. 3921.
In accordance with the Regulation, accounting and reporting services for farms are provided by the territorial departments of Soliq-servis JSC. These services include the organization, maintenance of accounting records, and preparation of relevant reports.
These services are provided free of charge for certain categories of farms established by the legislation. These include cotton and grain farms, newly established farms, as well as new farms headed by young people.
Accounting and reporting services are provided free of charge to cotton and grain farms. Newly established farms can use the services of sending tax and financial reports for the first 6 months at their discretion.
Newly established farms headed by young people will be provided with these services for 2 years.
Regional departments will implement the system of accounting and reporting of farms, calculate employee salaries, taxes and other payments, and keep records of taxes and fees.
In addition, services for compiling tax, financial and statistical reports for farms, and participation in inventory are also provided.
