Visa Kids from Ipak Yuli Bank - your child's first bank card

Ipak Yuli Bank has started issuing Visa Kids cards for children aged 7 to 16. Now, children can independently pay for purchases using their card, while parents can monitor their expenses and set limits.

Visa Kids — for children who want to do everything themselves

As children grow up, they begin to want to do more things independently and manage their own funds. For example, they pay for lunch and travel, purchase necessary items for school, or start saving money for something they like. With Visa Kids, children make purchases themselves and gradually learn to manage money.

Parents, in turn, can monitor their children's expenses by viewing notifications for each transaction in the app. They can also set in advance how much money their child can spend in a day or a month.

With Visa Kids, children can make purchases in stores and online independently, as well as withdraw cash within the set limit.

For example, if the monthly limit is set at 1,000,000 soums, the child will not be able to spend more than this amount in a month. This limit applies only to the Visa Kids card and determines how much money the child can spend from their card.

The limit can be set when opening the card at a bank branch, and later changed in the Ipak Yuli Mobile application.

In addition to limits, parents can also configure other settings for the card: they can disable online purchases if they are not needed yet, or temporarily block the card. Transactions in categories not intended for minors are automatically restricted.

Payments are restricted based on the merchant's MCC code. The sale of goods to minors is regulated by law and carried out by the seller.

How to apply for a Visa Kids card?

Visa Kids is issued in the parent's name and linked to their Visa card in soums. The child's name is displayed on the card itself.

To apply for a Visa Kids card, the parent must have one of the following Visa cards from Ipak Yuli Bank:
