JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" and the international consulting company McKinsey & Company discussed the preparation of a long-term development strategy for the national oil and gas company.
The meeting took place between the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Uzbekneftegaz" Sukhrab Khamraev and the Global Managing Partner of McKinsey Bob Sternfels.
During the negotiations, the parties reviewed approaches to defining the company's strategic priorities, as well as the possibility of applying international experience in forming a long-term development plan.
The participants paid special attention to the need to clearly outline the strategic goals of "Uzbekneftegaz", taking into account global changes in the oil and gas industry.
In particular, the issues of effectively utilizing the company's existing potential and accounting for long-term sustainable development factors were discussed.
The negotiations were dedicated to developing strategic guidelines that should take into account changes in the global energy sector and the development prospects of the oil and gas industry.
