Uzbekistan national team thrashes Philippines in the first match of the Asian Games. Photos

The Uzbekistan youth football team made a confident start to their performance at the 2026 Summer Asian Games. In the opening round of the group stage, the team defeated the Philippines with a score of 5:1.

The score was opened in the 30th minute through the efforts of Muhammad Urinboev. The Uzbeks did not score any more goals before the break, establishing their main advantage in the second half.

In the 60th minute, Saidumarkhon Saidnurullaev scored, and 11 minutes later he completed a brace. Just two minutes after that, Ruziboy Fayzullaev scored the fourth goal against the Philippines.

The final score was set in the 80th minute by Muhammadali Reymov. This victory allowed Ravshan Khaydarov's team to make a successful start in Group C.
