Uzbekistan is strengthening export relations with Chinese regions.
According to Dunyo News Agency, export companies from the Tashkent, Samarkand, Fergana, Namangan, and Andijan regions of Uzbekistan conducted business missions to Shanghai and Urumqi. During these visits, prospects for increasing Uzbek product exports were discussed with Chinese partners.
The events were organized by the Embassy of Uzbekistan jointly with the Ministry of Investment, Trade, and Industry.
In Shanghai, Uzbek companies held talks with major importers, representatives of retail chains, and e-commerce platforms. Participants presented their products, discussed their production capacities, product range, and export potential.
During the B2B meetings, the parties discussed the conditions for Uzbek goods to enter the Chinese market, including pricing, logistics, labeling, and certification. Particular attention was paid to potential distribution channels.
Chinese partners were presented with catalogs, commercial proposals, and product samples.
In Urumqi, the negotiations took place at the exhibition and trade center in the bonded warehouse. Uzbek companies demonstrated the range and competitive advantages of their products and informed potential partners about their production capacities and opportunities to increase exports to China.
The organizers emphasize that the goal of the business missions is to establish direct business ties between companies from the two countries and expand the supply chain for Uzbek goods to various regions of China.
