The main topic of discussion was the concept of the industrial strategy until 2035. Participants examined approaches to increasing production efficiency, boosting the output of high value-added products, and making fuller use of the country's economic potential.

During panel discussions, global trends in industrial development and international experience were examined.

Special attention was paid to opportunities and potential barriers for Uzbekistan, including issues of attracting investments and major international investors, integration into global value chains, expanding export potential, and modernizing existing production facilities.

Thematic sessions were devoted to specific industrial sectors and related industries. Among them were the mining industry and deep processing of raw materials, mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, and the production of consumer goods.

Participants also discussed workforce training, the development of energy, transport, and infrastructure, as well as the improvement of investment activities. Following the forum, the discussion of the industrial strategy concept will continue, taking into account the proposals presented.

The event served as a platform for exchanging views on defining Uzbekistan's long-term industrial development priorities.
