Uzbekistan's textile exports reached $1.9 billion in January–July 2026, an increase of 26.6% year-on-year.

Uzbekistan Increased Textile Exports by 26.6%

According to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan exported $1.9 billion worth of textile products from January to July 2026. This represents a 26.6% increase compared to the same period last year.

Finished textile products dominated textile exports, accounting for 52.2% of the total. Yarn ranked second, accounting for 31.4% of exports.

Uzbekistan's total foreign trade turnover for the first seven months of 2026 reached $49.5 billion. This is $3.7 billion, or 8.1%, more than for January–July last year.

Thus, textiles accounted for approximately 3.8% of the country's total foreign trade turnover.
