An entrepreneur from the Fergana region, Muminzhon Yuldashev, has been put on the international wanted list at the request of Uzbekistan. The basis is stated as a charge of theft by embezzlement or misappropriation.

An "Interpol Red Notice" is an international request to locate and provisionally arrest an individual. A state asks other countries to find and temporarily detain a person in order to subsequently resolve the issue of their extradition.
According to the organization, Muminzhon Yuldashev was born on February 18, 1976, in the Fergana region. His height is 175 cm, and his weight is 95 kg. He speaks Uzbek and Russian.
The ground for the search is specified as Part 3 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan (theft by appropriation or embezzlement / punishable by a fine of 300 to 360 base calculating values, or correctional labor for up to 3 years, or deprivation of liberty from 5 to 10 years).
In April, the Chairman of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee, Ivan Krupko, held talks with Muminzhon Yuldashev, who was referred to as a businessman from the Fergana region.
In July, the Chairperson of the Belarusian concern "Bellegprom", Nadezhda Lazarevich, met with a delegation from the Fergana region. Within its composition, Muminzhon Yuldashev was presented as a co-investor of the INKAS company.
In 2023, he owned a stake in the private bank Madad Invest Bank, but he is currently not listed among the shareholders.
In 2019, the World Bank imposed sanctions against Muminzhon Yuldashev and companies associated with him following an investigation into a water supply project in the Syrdarya region. The bank's materials alleged that Yuldashev had pressured a representative of a competing bidder and colluded with public officials.
He, the company Quvasoy Tamir Qurilish ("Quvasoy Tamir Qurilish", later "Stroy Montazh Invest"), and related entities were debarred from participating in World Bank projects for several years. This decision also served as the basis for cross-debarment by a number of international financial institutions.
