Uzbekistan has already implemented projects with the US worth $7 billion out of agreements totaling $35 billion.

The Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade, Laziz Kudratov, announced this in an interview with The Washington Times.

Kudratov did not specify which exact projects were included in the already implemented $7 billion. Previously, the parties had declared cooperation in energy, critical minerals, transport, agriculture, IT, and other sectors.

In November, Uzbekistan and the US agreed on large-scale trade and economic cooperation. Over the next ten years, Uzbekistan intends to direct over $100 billion into the American economy.

As Donald Trump wrote at the time on his social network Truth Social, in the first phase — within three years — the volume of Uzbekistan's investments in the US economy will amount to about $35 billion.
