Uzbekistan exported fruits and vegetables worth $1.18 billion
In January–August 2026, Uzbekistan exported 1 million 437.7 thousand tons of fruit and vegetable products.
This figure is 20.8 thousand tons or 1.4 percent less compared to the same period in 2025.
The value of fruit and vegetable exports amounted to 1 billion 182.6 million dollars. This is a decrease of 6.6 percent compared to the corresponding period of last year.
Exports of fruits and berries amounted to 332.8 thousand tons or 384 million dollars.
In particular, 115.8 thousand tons of peaches were exported for 114.7 million dollars, and 90.1 thousand tons of grapes for 74.8 million dollars.
Exports of raisins amounted to 56.1 thousand tons and 66.6 million dollars, while cherries accounted for 25.2 thousand tons and 59.9 million dollars.
Apricot exports amounted to 26.4 thousand tons or 32.5 million dollars.
Vegetable exports reached 551.3 thousand tons, and products worth 203.4 million dollars were delivered to foreign markets.
The most exported vegetable was onion, with its volume reaching 313.4 thousand tons and its value amounting to 91.3 million dollars.
Additionally, 139 thousand tons of cabbage were exported for 54.6 million dollars, 33.2 thousand tons of tomatoes for 34.7 million dollars, and 59.7 thousand tons of carrots for 13.4 million dollars.
Exports of melons and watermelons amounted to 198.5 thousand tons or 62 million dollars.
