Uzbekistan Cup: Navbahor knocks out Nasaf

Two more matches were held in the 1/8 finals of the Uzbekistan Cup.

**Sogdiana — Jaykhun**

The first match of the day was held in Jizzakh. The home team Sogdiana competed with the Karakalpakstan club Jaykhun.

In the 33rd minute of the first half, the home team's defender Filip Ivanovich opened the scoring. In the 89th minute of the match, Abdulazizkhan Abdurashidov doubled the lead. This score remained unchanged until the end of the match, and the Jizzakh team won a convincing 2-0 victory.

After this victory, Sogdiana advanced to the quarterfinals of the tournament. Jaykhun was eliminated from the competition.

Another match of the 1/8 finals took place at the "Markaziy" stadium in Namangan. In it, the host team "Navbahor" hosted the "Nasaf" club from Karshi.

The main time of the match passed in tense battles, and the goals remained intact. In the 90+2 minute added by the referee, Ruslanbek Zhiyanov from "Navbahor" put the final point, ensuring the home team's 1:0 victory.

After this valuable victory, "Navbahor" also reached the quarterfinals of the Uzbekistan Cup. "Nasaf" has completed its participation in the cup.
