Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea: From Investments to Industrial Ecosystems

Economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Korea is steadily transitioning from trade and investment projects to deeper industrial cooperation. The volume of Korea's investments directed to Uzbekistan has exceeded 8 billion dollars, while the portfolio of projects involving the Exim Bank of Korea and its funds stands at more than 2 billion dollars. By the end of the seven months of 2026, the number of enterprises operating in Uzbekistan with the participation of Korean capital reached 730.
