A new head of the Directorate for the Construction of the Nuclear Power Workers' Town has been appointed at Uzatom
Bekchanov Siroj Bozor ugli has been appointed Director of the state institution "Directorate for the Construction of the Nuclear Power Workers' Town" under the Uzatom Agency.
Bekchanov Siroj graduated from Urgench State University. Over the years, he held responsible positions in the Khorezm region, working in the fields of electric power, economics, construction, infrastructure development, public utilities, ecology, and greening.
In particular, he worked in managerial and leading positions in the apparatuses of district and regional khokimiyats, overseeing issues of construction, infrastructure, and socio-economic development of the region.
Prior to this appointment, Bekchanov Siroj Bozor ugli served as Deputy Khokim of the Khorezm region for construction, creation of an accessible environment, communications, public utilities, ecology, and greening.
The Directorate for the Construction of the Nuclear Power Workers' Town is engaged in the formation of modern residential, social, and engineering infrastructure for specialists and their family members within the framework of the project to build an integrated nuclear power plant in the Farish district of the Jizzakh region.
The implementation of the project is aimed at creating comfortable living and working conditions for nuclear industry specialists, strengthening the country's energy security, and promoting the socio-economic development of the region.
