Two employees of "Jizzax suv ta’minoti" detained in swift operations
In the Jizzax region, water supply employees who promised not to draw up an official violation report were detained.
A swift operation was conducted in cooperation with the G‘allaorol district department of the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office and other law enforcement agencies. During the operation, O‘.A., an inspector of the Jizzax city branch of "Jizzax suv ta’minoti" JSC, was caught with material evidence while receiving 2 million soums in exchange for not drawing up a report on the illegal use of water in citizen U.S.'s unfinished building.
In another swift operation conducted in cooperation with the Mirzacho‘l district department of the Department and other law enforcement agencies, A.X., an engineer of the Mirzacho‘l district branch of "Jizzax suv ta’minoti" JSC, was caught with material evidence while receiving 2.2 million soums in exchange for not drawing up a report and not issuing a fine regarding the illegal use of drinking water by citizen A.E.
In connection with these cases, criminal proceedings have been initiated under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are underway.
