Two citizens in a car that fell into a canal have been rescued

In the Orta Chirchiq district of the Tashkent region, a road patrol service officer helped rescue two citizens inside a car that had plunged into a canal following a traffic accident. Captain Otabek Hakimov entered the water and brought one of the citizens to the shore. As a result of the prompt assistance provided, the lives of two people were saved.

Captain Otabek Hakimov, an officer of the Traffic Safety Department of the Tashkent Region Department of Internal Affairs, saw a car fall into a canal due to a traffic accident while performing his duties in the Orta Chirchiq district.

Two citizens inside the car were in danger of drowning.

It is reported that despite the dangerous situation, the traffic police officer immediately jumped into the water and managed to bring one of the citizens to the canal bank.

Thanks to the prompt assistance provided, the lives of the two citizens inside the car were saved.

The victims were provided with first aid at the scene and were subsequently taken to the hospital.

The actions of Captain Otabek Hakimov were recognized by the internal affairs bodies. He was rewarded with a monetary prize and a souvenir for the courage he displayed during his service.
