In Uzbekistan, the turnover of public catering enterprises grew by almost 30 percent in one year

Catering enterprises' turnover reached 208.7 trillion soums

As of September 1, 2026, 30,390 commercial enterprises operated in the catering sector in Uzbekistan.

Of these, 148 are large enterprises, and 30,242 consist of small enterprises and micro-firms.

In January–August 2026, the trade turnover of catering enterprises amounted to 208.7 trillion soums. In real terms, this figure increased by 26.7 percent compared to the same period in 2025.
