Turkish company intends to sue Andijan club — media

It has become known that the Turkish company DILAHAN TURİZM intends to sue the Andijan football club. Fergana.news reported this. The company plans to file a lawsuit in the near future.

The dispute is allegedly caused by the Andijan club's failure to fully pay for three training camps held in Antalya. According to DILAHAN TURİZM, the total cost of the services provided for these camps, organized before the 2026 season, was 280,141 euros. Although the club paid 210,219 euros, the remaining 69,922 euros have not yet been reimbursed.

According to the terms of the contract, a penalty of 0.1 percent of the debt is charged for each day of delay in payment. As of August 11, the Turkish side had calculated a fine of 12,642 euros for this period. Thus, the total amount demanded by the company has reached 82,564 euros. It is said that the process of calculating the penalty for the debt is ongoing.

DILAHAN TURİZM sent a request to the club, asking to pay the principal debt and the penalty between August 15 and 20. The company representative stated that the club has not paid the debt and now the Turkish side intends to officially apply to the court. The company also intends to recover 2.8 thousand euros from the club for legal expenses and legal services.

It is worth noting that the above figures and circumstances are based on the claims of the DILAHAN TURİZM company. The actual existence of the debt and its exact amount have not yet been confirmed by the court. So far, the management of the Andijan football club has not given an official comment on this situation.
