Trade between Uzbekistan and India has quadrupled in the past 9 years

In 2016-2025, Uzbekistan's trade with India increased by 4 times, reaching $1.3 billion. Exports increased by 4.9 times, reaching $164.8 million, while imports increased by 4 times, reaching $1.1 billion.

Trade between Uzbekistan and India has quadrupled in the past nine years.

The Center for Economic Research and Reforms analyzed how trade relations between Uzbekistan and India have developed over the years.

According to data, from 2016 to 2025, Uzbekistan's trade with India increased by 4 times, reaching $1.3 billion. Exports increased by 4.9 times, reaching $164.8 million, while imports increased by 4 times, reaching $1.1 billion.

During the reporting period, the total volume of investments from India in Uzbekistan exceeded $587 million.

Currently, 439 enterprises with Indian capital are operating in the country.
