Three years of education, 13 certificates, and a car: Interview with a graduate of "Al-Jabr" international school studying at the University of London

18-year-old Jahongir Khalimov developed an interest in finance and accounting during his school years and began studying under the international ACCA program. He successfully passed eight ACCA exams and also earned an international certificate in finance, IELTS, SAT, and three national certificates. These results allowed him to pursue a degree in professional accounting at the University of London. On graduation day, the Al-Jabr school presented Jahongir with a car as a gift for his achievements.

Jahongir studied at the Al-Jabr school for three years, from the 9th to the 11th grade. According to him, his parents played an important role in choosing the school. They learned about the school via Instagram and decided to enroll their son there.

"When I came to the Al-Jabr school, it was a bit difficult at first. Because there were many classes, and we stayed at school from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. However, because my teachers made the lessons interesting, I gradually got used to it," says Jahongir.

In his opinion, along with personal determination, the surrounding environment is also important for achieving good results. Studying alongside peers who share the same goal and are eager to gain knowledge strengthened his own desire to work on himself.

Eight of Jahongir's certificates belong to ACCA, which is considered a professional qualification program in accounting and finance. In addition, he holds an international certificate in finance, IELTS and SAT results, as well as national certificates in mathematics, native language, and accounting.

The ACCA program covers areas such as financial accounting, reporting, audit, taxation, and financial management. According to the interviewee, preparing for the first exam was somewhat difficult. The additional lessons and support from his school teachers helped him pass this stage.

"Obtaining the first certificate was not easy. I had to prepare a lot even after classes. Our teachers stayed after school, conducted extra lessons for us, and re-explained topics we didn't understand. I put in a lot of effort to get the first certificate. Later, after learning the exam process, I achieved more effective results,"
