Those who report licensing violations will also be rewarded

In Uzbekistan, citizens who report violations related to licensing procedures will be rewarded with a cash prize. This procedure has been approved by a government decision.

Requesting additional information and documents is prohibited. If the above information is not confirmed or if the violation has been reported previously, the report of the violation will not be considered.

The notification will be sent in the form of an SMS message.

Reports submitted by the informant regarding the commission of a violation will be reviewed by the competent authority within 10 working days.

If the information provided by the informant is confirmed and a fine is collected from the guilty person based on the decision of the competent authority or court to hold them liable, the informant will be rewarded with a one-time cash prize in the amount of 10 percent of the collected fine. Receiving this cash prize is voluntary, and it will be transferred to the informant's bank card (account).

After the cash prize is paid to the informant from the fines collected from the violator, the remaining funds will be distributed in the manner prescribed by law.

This decision will come into force on December 8, 2026.
