On October 1 at 13:17, an earthquake occurred in Kyrgyzstan, it is reported. The epicenter of the 4.3-magnitude earthquake was in the Jalal-Abad region. Depth: 10 km.

The event was felt with an intensity of 2 magnitude in the city of Khanabad, and the Kurgantepa, Pakhtaabad, and Jalaquduq districts of the Andijan region.

Earlier, on the morning of September 28, an earthquake also occurred in some districts of the Tashkent region. Its strength was felt at 2-3 magnitude in the Piskent district, which was the epicenter.
